The Purple NPC counted the dead with Crom across many ragged copies of The Savage Sword of Conan throughout much of the 1980s. Though the issues are now but tarnished steel, the influence on his writing is as pure as a platinum blade. Today he stands beside his kinsfolk on the eastern coast of the United States with a gaggle of Russian Wolfhounds to mind, but hooves still beat in time to the endless ride across the scorched sands in his heart.
The purple typewriter emits sword, sorcery, and dark adventure fiction by day, but is subject to occasional fits of lycanthropy, and is known to go bump in the backwoods Pennsylvanian night. This site is a place to catalog the works of the Purple NPC in the aforementioned genres.
